Seed Forecasting
Trees Ontario has established a seed forecasting database to monitor and better track seed availability for future planting use. Compiling information about seed availability, location, type and quantity enables Trees Ontario and its partners to collect and store seed and helps ensure that the appropriate stock is available to meet long term demands.
In order to continue and better this tracking process, Trees Ontario needs your support to continuously update the seed forecasting database. Trees Ontario’s partners and the general public are encouraged to provide seed report information.
Individuals wishing to contribute to the seed forecasting database must first register on the seed forecasting webpage, and they will be given a user name and password for future use.
