Wo-Built Inc. is a female-led renovation, design and build company in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), with a desire to promote environmentally friendly actions. To help make that happen, Wo-Built will make a donation to Trees Ontario to plant a minimum of one tree for each new customer the company engages.

The connection with Wo-Built will assist Trees Ontario in its commitment to increase the forested landscape of Ontario’s private lands by supporting local tree planting initiatives. Trees capture carbon from the air and release it as oxygen. One healthy mature tree releases enough oxygen back in the atmosphere to support two human beings for one year. Trees also provide food and shelter for wildlife and their cooling shade can help reduce the summer demand on the power grid.

About Trees Ontario

Trees Ontario, working with its partners, is the largest, not-for-profit tree planting partnership in North America. It is committed to the re-greening of Ontario through a range of tree planting activities.
